Telehealth involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications, information technology, or other means between a healthcare provider and a patient who are not in the same physical location. This may include consultations, follow-up appointments, health assessments, and wellness coaching conducted via video, phone, or secure messaging.

- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Ensure a private, well-lit environment for your telehealth session
- Have a stable internet connection and compatible device
- Understand that telehealth is not a substitute for emergency care , call 911 for emergencies
5. Confidentiality
All telehealth sessions are subject to the same confidentiality and privacy protections as in-person visits, including HIPAA regulations. We use secure, encrypted platforms for all telehealth communications.
6. Consent & Right to Withdraw
By scheduling and participating in a telehealth session, you consent to receiving healthcare services via telehealth. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing or verbally during a session. Withdrawal of consent will not affect your ability to receive in-person services.
